If you are trying to setup an account, and you have already made a previous tutorial purchase, you may need to request to have your email account reset.
On March 5 & 6th 2019 we sent a global account setup email to existing tutorial members with a password reset from email@example.com
If you open this email (check your junk or trash) you can click on the unique URL and this will allow you to setup a password to your existing account.
If you have made multiple tutorial purchases you will have to setup an account for both email addresses.
If you cannot find the email invitation, you can request an account invitation by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org . Please use the Subject "Account Activation Request."
