How Does The PRO Plan Renew
PRO PLAN memberships automatically renew on each anniversary of the plan's initiation date. Customers can elect not to renew at any time by completing this form HERE: https://proedututorials.typeform.com/to/lyJX5N0W
Annual Plans - Paid Monthly
Customers who committed to "Annual Plans - Paid Monthly" are committed to a 12-month contract ( or longer) and cannot cancel before the PRO Plan terms are satisfied, as per the terms and conditions at sign up.
If a member would like to cancel the renewal of the PRO PLAN after the initial 12-month commitment, please email email@example.com, and the support team can assist within 24-48 hours.

Annual Plans & Multi-Year PRO PLANS - Paid In Full
PRO EDU offers prorated PRO PLAN memberships typically at 12-months and/or 18 months all-access premium plans. This duration of months is subject to change and depends on the current global climate and special promotional events.
Customers that have paid in full have immediate access to the PRO PLAN for the months outlined in the PRO PLAN.
To cancel the automatic renewal of a PRO PLAN, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide an account email and valid six-digit order number with the subject line "Cancel Pro Plan."
Monthly Plans - Paid Monthly
PRO PLAN members on a month-to-month plan can cancel at any time by emailing email@example.com. Please note that non-commitment monthly plans are no longer offered at PROEDU.com. Customers on these plans may cancel at any time but are subject to losing the pricing should they decide to rejoin again in the future.
